OPERATING SYSTEMS
An operating system or OS is a software program that enables the computer hardware to communicate and operate with the computer software. Without a computer operating system, a computer and software programs would be useless. The picture to the right is an example of Microsoft Windows XP, a popular operating system and what the box may look like if you were to purchase it from a local retail store.
OPERATING SYSTEM TYPES
As computers have progressed and developed, so have the operating systems. Below is a basic list of the types of operating systems and a few examples of operating systems that fall into each of the types. Many computer operating systems will fall into more than one of the below types.
GUI - Short for Graphical User Interface, a GUI Operating System contains graphics and icons and is commonly navigated by using a computer mouse. See the GUI definition for a complete definition. Examples of GUI Operating Systems are:

The Bank of Punjab shall provide financing to educated unemployed youth of Punjab who meets eligibility criteria & other terms of scheme. The vehicles selected for the scheme are Suzuki Bolan and Suzuki Ravi.
What is Eligibility Criteria
·         Applicant must be an unemployed Punjab Domicile (male/female) holder domiciling in any district of Punjab.
·         Age between 21 to 35 years as on 31st October 2014
·         Qualification at least Matric (or equivalent)
·         Have valid driving license (Issued on or before 31st October 2014)
·         Have valid CNIC
·         Maximum worth of assets of the applicant (Self), Spouse, Parents & Children should not exceed Rs.2 Million threshold.
·         Must not be a defaulter and not have a criminal record.
·         02 Guarantors required

Answer: Mobile phone these days is a common product which is almost used by every one.  A new mobile phone is in my mind that have a technology of fragrance producing along with viberation when ever any one call or message on your number instead of producing the loud sound it can produce a fragrance of your choice like rose, jasmine, sunflower etc.
Specialty:

The specialty in that mobile is that it is environment friendly which produces fragrances on the time when someone make a call or message on your number. These fragrances have a strong impact on the thinking of personalities, moreover it can reduce the noise pollution which is better for environment

Answer: Segway could have launched successfully if the company could focus the following problems to remove to work in profitable way.
Identify the target market:
It means that which target market is the focus of Segway product either for office employee, students, old age, youngsters . The company have to conduct a research before launching the product to identify the target market then it may be a perfect launch.
High cost product:
The cost of the product is very high that a common person cannot afford it . The price 4950$ which is a handsome amount. If the cost of that product is reduced it is easy for many persons to buy it and use it.
Design of Product:
The product design is not like that any one can carry hand bag, files or envelope with it. By designing it in such a way that some sort of bucket is there to carry small items in it easily.
Legal Rights:
The legal right of the product is also not defined which is a big problem. Legal rights provide an ownership of that product so that in case of loss it may be recovered. So legal rights are very necessary for that product.
 Focus on Production:
The main focus of that company was only on the production without checking the demand of that product. The production may be according to the demand of the product.
Safety concerns:

Regarding the safety of the product designed by SegWay it is not cleared that where to park the two wheel vehicle or how to carry it with it in a car. So it is expensive product there must be some safety issues which can be removed by telling the way of use and where to park it or carry it with you.

Market Situation
He may be aware of the market for that product or business for which he is working. May be her father is a keen observer of the market of that product. He have a better command on the market situations. E.g  if he is going to launch a new soap he may have a market knowledge about how to produce and sell the product.

Respectfully Sheweth,
1.      That the above captioned reference has been filed against the petitioner and others which is pending adjudication in the court of Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim Asghar, Judge Accountability Court Multan. Wherein the next date of hearing is 13-11-2014.
2.      That the formal charge against the accused and the others have been framed.
3.      That at page # 2 of the reference (supplied by prosecution), the petitioner, Hameeda Ejaz accused # 1 (since accepted plea bargain) and Muhammad Nawaz accused # 8 (since died) were held responsible for a total amount Rs. 69, 180/-.
4.      That at page # 3 of the reference the cases of misappropriation mentioned at serial # 1-3 belongs to the petitioner and other co-accused, have already been paid prior to the investigation /enquiry of this reference as admitted in the reference.
5.      That yourhonour has accepted the plea of bargain of two others accused of the same reference  i.e. Hameeda Ejaz and Rana Nasir Ali with the approval of EBM on 02-12-2009, in consequence thereof both the accused has made payment of Rs. 39,090 and 25,880 respectively.
6.      That Mst. Hameeda Ejaz (Co-accused of reference) has already paid Rs. 10,199 on account of charge in relation of payment of Altaf Begum PTC. That accordingly detail of schedule with regard to petitioner and other is as under.

7.      That in view of the above liability fixed by prosecution, a sum of Rs. 29,490/- is payable by the accused in case of return of money voluntary to the NAB.
8.      That the petitioner by understanding all the consequences mentioned in section 15 and 25(ii) of NAB ordinance 1999, voluntarily wants to pay the amount determined by the prosecution or now by your goodself, with the approval of honorable Accountability court Multan for purpose of release / discharge of the petitioner.
9.      That under principle of equality before law and equal treatment before the law as enshrined in constitution of Pakistan, the petitioner also deserve the same treatment/ opportunity as provided to the other accused i.e. Mst. Hameeda Ejaz and Rana Nasir by accepting this application.   
10. That the petitioner is a widow, chronic patient of Heart, debaties, and blood pressure. The petitioner is facing this enquiry investigation since 1998 before ACE Multan, NAB and trial court. It is worth mentioning that the petitioner was also departmentally proceeded and punished for this irregularity.
In view of the above, It is humbly prayed that this application may kindly be accepted by providing the petitioner opportunity of Prebargaining/ voluntary return. The petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 29,490 with the NAB.
ii)        That after accepting this application, the accountability court at Multan may kindly be requested to accept the plea bargain and release/discharge the petitioner.
