Subject:           OFFICE MEMORANDUM DATED 26-09-2014 WITH DRAWN OF CONDITIONS (I,II) OF O.M.  DATED 07-03-2012 REGARDING MAJOR PENALTY OF REDUCTION OF TWO STAGES

Dear Sir,

                         Kindly refer to your good O.M. No. DPD/IU-1/8/57)/2014/2225 dated 26-09-2014 whereby the competent authority has been allowed to withdraw the conditional (I, II), of O.M dated 07-03-2012 regarding major penalty of reduction of two stages in time scale of pay. In this nexus, it is submitted that I have also withdrawn my petition and the Hon’able Judge accordingly dismissed it vide order sheet No. W.P. No. 4823-12 dated 30-09-2014 (Copy enclosed). As a result of above submission, it is requested to direct the concerned quarters for restoration of my monetary benefits alongwith promotions with retrospect effect. It is added here that deductions already made in this respect may kindly also be given back procedurally.
